A seasoned coach who has been teaching for over a decade, Ryan constantly challenges, and surprises his students with his wit and humour.
Ryan's extensive yoga background brings a sense of mindfulness and purpose to his coaching - while he expects his students to listen to instructions and take progressions seriously, he encourages students to let loose and have fun in his classes - which are always filled with positivity and laughter.
In between bouts of his favourite phrase: "Excuse me?!", Ryan can be found searching for tasty food, good chocolate, and for ideal photo spots for his photography hobby.
A handstand enthusiast who loves everything about handstands, Zhiqian started his fitness journey 8 years ago, and is embodied by his work ethic and determination.
His fitness journey started with calisthenics, shifted to gymnastics strength training, to his current obsession - hand balancing. Since graduating with a Diploma in Sports and Wellness Management, Zhiqian has continued his education by learning from excellent coaches, and developed his coaching by researching the science behind movements. He strives to help others move better, and expand their physical capabilities in a safe and progressive manner.
Outside of training, he loves reading books and especially Shonen manga, often finding motivation by imagining himself as the protagonists, bettering himself through adversity.

A perpetual student, he is currently strengthening his knowledge with the Functional Range Systems as a certified Kinstretch instructor and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms).
Alvin loves fried chicken, good coffee, and is a slave to his 2 cats.
