What do I need to bring for classes?
Come in comfortable clothing, and an open mind to learn. No face or mat towels are provided, members are encouraged to bring one for their sweat and comfort.

What about footwear? Any special shoes?
No shoes needed. Some of our members prefer to wear socks, it's your choice.

I can’t wait! How do I book classes?
Create an account here. With this account you can purchase class packs and book your classes. Easy peasy!

Oops, I have to cancel/be late for the class. What happens?
Cancellations less than 12 hours before class, or a no show will result in a forfeited credit.

How long will I take to learn the Handstand/Press Handstand/One Arm Handstand?
No idea. We won’t make meaningless and empty promises without first meeting and training you.

Do you have shower facilities?
Yes, shower facilities and amenities are available. Bring your own shower towel.

Do you sell water?
We have a water dispenser, bring your own bottle.

 
Class Packs

Oh why, thank you. We can't wait to meet you too. You can purchase the class packs here.

Do you offer free trials? Any special discounts for newcomers?
The good things in life never are free. Everyone gets to purchase The Newcomer’s Pack once - Get it here.

Can I walk-in and pay on the spot for a class?
All classes must be booked in advance, no walk-ins are allowed.

How does the class validity work?
The class validity starts from either; a) the first class you attend, or b) 1 month after your date of purchase, whichever is earlier.

Can I get my expired classes back?
All our packages come with a rollover option - purchase a new pack of similar size (30 class pack to rollover the balance of a 30 class pack) within 1 month of the expiry, and drop us an rollover request email. Your expired classes will be added to your new package.

Can class packs be extended or transfered?
Nope. But, we may from time to time, at our own discretion grant extensions under some very specific circumstances. E.g. a severe injury which a medical professional recommends time off for recovery.
