Lower Body Mobility - Athletes & Runners
(NEW - April 2026)
Designed for athletes & runners, this class trains the lower body through structured loading. It develops joint capacity & load resilience in the hips, knees, and ankles, and improves how the lower body tolerates volume and fatigue.
This class supports race preparation and helps mobility hold up under extraneous training demands. It is not a stretch or recovery class - sessions focus on training mobility under load.

Why this class exists
Many athletes "do mobility" but when training volume increases, mobility often stops holding up. Stiffness returns, joints feel less reliable, and movement quality drops under fatigue. The issue is usually not a lack of drills. It is a lack of trained mobility. "Lower Body Mobility for Athletes & Runners" exists to address that gap. This class focuses on training mobility so that it:
What this class is This is a weekly mobility training class focused on the lower body. Sessions are designed to help runners and athletes:
This is not passive stretching nor a recovery session. This is structured mobility training under load. Suitable for athletes & runners who want structured mobility work. Who this class is for This class is suitable for:
Rather than treating mobility as something separate from race performance, this class treats it as part of how the lower body is trained. |
Class Details Every Sunday, 10:30 – 11:30am Weekly class - drop-ins available $40 per session *This class is not included in the Newcomer’s Trial. Mobility is not treated as something you squeeze in when things feel tight. We treat it as something that can be trained with structure, intent, and a clear outcome. That means looking beyond the drill itself and focusing on whether training is truly improving joint capacity over time. Mobility should not just feel good in the moment — it should hold up when load and fatigue increase. |
Mobility training for athletes & runners.
"Lower Body Mobility - Athletes & Runners" is designed for athletes & runners seeking structured mobility training that supports high-volume training, improves joint capacity, and maintains movement quality under fatigue.
If you are already training but your lower-body mobility does not hold up when volume increases, this class is designed for that.
Weekly drop-ins available.
How this relates to our Race-Season Mobility course
This class is based on the same principles as our Race-Season Mobility & Load Resilience course.
It provides an ongoing option for athletes who want to continue training mobility in a structured way.
