All levels are welcome at our multi-level handstand class. Our handstand classes provide a safe environment for anyone to gain confidence, and overcome their fear of being upside down. Come practice with like minded individuals, and have fun learning from our handstand coaches.
Beginner Hand Balancing
Start your handstand journey by learning the basic handstand requirements and developing the confidence to get inverted. Learn how to: kick-up to a handstand, safely exit a handstand, and build the strength and endurance needed to start your handstand practice.
Hand Balancing II
If you able to a) confidently kick up against a wall, and b) comfortably hold a chest to wall handstand for 30 seconds, you will benefit from this class. Focus on refining your handstand balance and handstand presses and the various handstand shapes.

The Progressive Mobility classes are multi-level. It doesn't matter if you're inflexible or flexible, we'll challenge you to get better. This definitely isn't a relaxing stretch class - expect to be worked. Hard.

Progressive Mobility - Backbends
What is a backbend?
A backbend is a movement, where the spine is bent backwards. The abdominal muscles, obliques, and other parts of the body are used to support the body through the different backbend variations.
In this class you'll explore all things backbend related - learn the how, why, and what to practice and improve your backbend safely.
This is a multi-level class, all fitness levels are welcome. You'll be working at your own level via a series of progressions.
Build a strength foundation to learn new skills. One-up your current fitness and get yourself stronger to do whatever activity you want.
These classes combine bodyweight exercises and structured progressions to build your strength in a safe and progressive manner through different skills involving rings, sliders, and more.
Expect a combination of upper body, lower body and core movements designed to get you stronger, while bringing a smile to your face, and the burn to your muscles.
