What is “Mushin"?
“The mind without mind” – a mental state when your mind not fixed or occupied by thought or emotion, and thus open to everything.
Shortened from a Zen expression mushin no shin (無心の心), this state refers to when a person's mind is free from thoughts and attachment, relying not on what they think should be the next move, but their trained natural reaction or what is felt intuitively - unconscious competence.
Our training philosophy mirrors this, and we embrace all approaches with a open mind. We combine the best from every discipline, to help people from all walks achieve unconscious competence with their goals.
