If you're new and would like to say hi, ask questions, and receive help finding the right place to start, this free welcome session is for you.
This is a free short introductory session where we find out about your training goals, guide you through a few training drills, and recommend the most suitable classes based on your current level of experience.
Take note – this is not a full training session, but one where we get to have a chat for you to learn more about us. Perfect if you’re unsure where to start from and require a guided first step.

Kindly make a reservation so we know you are coming, and cancel accordingly should you be unable to attend.
*Reservations close 12 hours before time of session
