If you're new and would like to say hi, ask questions, and receive help finding the right place to start, this free welcome session is for you.

This is a free short introductory session where we find out about your training goals, guide you through a few training drills, and recommend the most suitable classes based on your current level of experience.

Take note – this is not a full training session, but one where we get to have a chat for you to learn more about us. Perfect if you’re unsure where to start from and require a guided first step.

During this Welcome Session:
  • A chat about your goals and training background
  • A few training drills to run through
  • Assessment of your current level of training
  • Guidance on suitable classes
  • Answers to any questions you may have

  • Want to meet us before starting

We believe everyone should start at the right level. This session helps us understand your training experience and recommend the best classes, allowing you to train appropriately and confidently.

​Our goal is to make your first step training with us clear & comfortable. You will leave the session with a clear idea of where to begin.

Duration: Shouldn't take more than 45 mins
For newcomers only.

Kindly make a reservation so we know you are coming, and cancel accordingly should you be unable to attend.
