Handstand training, built with a system,
developed through a process.

CHINATOWN, SINGAPORE

A handstand is a skill, built the same way any skill is: developing capability, learning through repetitive reinforcement, and trained in stages through a process. At Mushin Movement, we train it as part of a structured system, where advancement is met in the form of checkpoints, each stage with a clear step to work toward.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Structured training to develop a handstand, the process is methodically programmed for beginners to advanced practitioners, with an emphasis on building the skill.

From a first attempt at the wall to a freestanding hold, to subsequent skill advancement, training is mapped out with clear stages — what to work on, in what order, and what comes next.

Beginners start with the fundamentals: developing positional strength, proprioception, and the necessary foundational layers. Seasoned practitioners continue to build from there, toward higher-level variations and expanding on existing capabilities. Training is the same system the whole way through. Checkpoints mark where you stand, so training never turns into guesswork about what to work on next.
