Backbend Basics Workshop

Suitable for all levels, this 2 hrs workshop will focus on the hips, and how it features for backbend variants such as cobra/standing, kneeling, and lunge backbends.
Get your backbends, strengthen your foundation and basics, and prepare your body for a safe and healthy backbend practice. Backbends aren't mysterious, it simply takes the right amount of preparation and awareness and the proper steps to progress. Whether you're new to backbends, or someone who wants to refresh the basics, this 2 hr workshop will :
- Develop better awareness over your joints in a backbend
- Explore and progress various backbend drills
- Learn how strength and flexibility principles apply to backbends.
