Virtual Package 
  • A free Zoom account is required for all Virtual Classes
  • Virtual class packages are only valid for virtual classes.
  • All sales are final and strictly non-refundable. 


Virtual Class Rules
  • Virtual Class reservations can be made 7 days in advance. 
  • Virtual Class registration will close once the class starts, so book early
  • Cancellations before the class starts can be done with no penalty
  • Spaces are limited, so please book/cancel the class responsibly to make space for someone else.
  • Late joiners may not be permitted entry into the class

Package 
  • Multi-class package validity will start from either: a) the first session of the package, or b) 3 months from the purchase date, whichever is earlier.
  • Expired classes can be rolled over to a new package (of similar value or more) within 3 months from the date of expiry
  • All sales are final and strictly non-refundable. 


Class Rules
  • Class reservations can be made 7 days in advance. 
  • 2 hour cancellation policy - any cancellation done less than 2 hours to class will result in the forfeit of your credit
  • 10 minute grace period for latecomers, after which no one will be allowed to join the class.
