Guidelines

General

  • Come in appropriate attire you can move comfortably in. Footwear is not required in our classes - kindly place them on the shoe racks

  • Store all personal belongings in the lockers and safeguard the locker key with you. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Available amenities:
    • shower facilities & basic shower essentials. No towels are provided - kindly bring a personal towel to shower with
    • changing room, hairdryer
    • water dispenser. Kindly have a personal bottle  

  • Do arrive in time for your class. To ensure minimal disruption to the ongoing classes, latecomers might be denied entry
 

Membership

Membership Cycle:
  • First payment will be processed on the start date of the membership (decided by you upon purchase) with subsequent payments taking place automatically every 4 weeks after
  • Unused classes expire automatically at the end of every 4 weeks. Rollovers are not applicable across all memberships

Memberships may be self-cancelled at any time. It is recommended to keep track of your renewal date as payment is automated. Cancellations submitted after the renewal date will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Membership Pauses
  • 4-class & 8-class membership: for every 4 weeks, receive 1 complimentary pause of up to 7 days
  • 12-class & 16-class memberships: for every 4 weeks, receive 2 complimentary pauses of up to 14 days

Additional pauses are chargeable at $10 per week.

Drop us an email ([email protected]) to pause your membership.
  • Pause periods should not roll over to the next 4-week cycle
  • Membership resumes automatically after the pause period ends
 

Class Packs

All class packs, including the Newcomer's Trial and Shareable 20/20, must have their first class booked and attended 30 days from date of purchase.

​Newcomer's Trial: Multiple purchases/usages of the Newcomer's Trial from the same person will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: 7-day unlimited trial: A no-show fee of S$25 will be charged for any reserved class that is not cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy (12-hr window).

Shareable Class Pack:
  • Shareable 20/20 Class Pack is to be shared between a maximum of 2 persons. Each person will hold 20 classes with a validity of 16 weeks

  • Sharing requests to be emailed in after purchase. Email to include:
    • name & email address of other person sharing the class pack

Rollover Option (Class Packs Only):
  • Expired classes from class packs (excluding Newcomer's Trial and class packs stated otherwise) can be rolled over to a newly purchased class pack within 30 days from date of expiration - not applicable for memberships
 
  • E.g. If your classes expire on 1 Jan, purchase a new class pack before 1 Feb to request for the rollover
 
  • Expired classes will be added on to the newly purchased class pack - with no change to the validity period. Validity period is what you have purchased for the new class pack
 
  • Rollover process is not automated - rollover requests must be emailed in after purchase of the new class pack
 

Class Reservations

Class Reservations:
  • Class reservations open 7 days in advance - right down to the time of class​

  • All classes must be reserved with an active membership or class pack. No walk-ins are allowed. Show-ups without a class reservation will be denied entry into class
 

​12-hour Cancellation: 
  • Class credits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 12 hours from time of class. Forfeited class credits are strictly not reimbursed. Situations involving health/medical reasons must be supplemented with medical certificates and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis


​Class Cancellation: 
  • Classes that do not meet the minimum number of signups will be cancelled. Class cancellation emails will be sent to notify remaining signups

  • Ensure that your account on Punchpass is subscribed to our emails and that [email protected] is listed as an approved sender to the email address associated to the account you have with us. This allows for prompt communication
