Guidelines

General

  • Come in appropriate attire you can move comfortably in. Footwear is not required in our classes - kindly place them on the shoe racks

  • Store all personal belongings in the lockers and safeguard the locker key with you. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Available amenities:
    • shower facilities & basic shower essentials. No towels are provided - kindly bring a personal towel to shower with
    • changing room, hairdryer
    • water dispenser. Kindly have a personal bottle  

  • Do arrive in time for your class. To ensure minimal disruption to the ongoing classes, latecomers might be denied entry
 

Membership

Membership Cycle:
  • Start date of membership will be requested at purchase. Payment will be deducted on the membership start date (decided by you), with subsequent payments, if any, taking place automatically every 4 weeks after

  • Unused class credits will expire automatically at the end of each 4-week cycle. Credits under a membership are not allowed to be rolled over to the next cycle


Pausing of Membership
  • Complimentary pauses are given across all memberships. Additional pauses are chargeable at $5 per week
    • Casual (4-credit, no lock-in) - for every 4 weeks, receive 1 complimentary pause ​for a duration of 1 week​
    • Standard (12-credit, no lock-in) - for every 4 weeks, ​receive 1 complimentary pause ​for a duration of 1 week
    • Standard (12-credit, lock-in) - for every 12 weeks, receive 4 complimentary pauses for a ​maximum duration of 4 weeks

  • Requests to pause membership:
    • reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subjected to approval
    • must be submitted at least 3 working days before the start date of the requested pause period
    • might require supporting documents, if neccessary

  • Submit the pause requests here. No backdated pausing/extension requests will be accepted. Pausing requests must be submitted before the start of request pause period


Membership Cancellation
  • All memberships renew automatically when the 4-week cycle ends (i.e. on the 29th day)

  • Requests to terminate membership must be emailed in at least 5 working days before the next renewal date

  • Requests to terminate membership before fulfilling the full duration, either 4 (no lock-in) or 12 weeks (lock-in), are chargeable at $75
 

Class Packs

Validity Period:
  • All class packs, including the Newcomer's Trial, must have their first class reserved and attended within 30 days of purchase. Class packs that do not do so will have the validity period be offset accordingly while Newcomer's Trials will be suspended
 
  • Therefore, validity of all class packs starts from either a) first class attended or b) 30 days after its date of purchase, whichever comes first

​Newcomer's Trial:
  • ​Everyone, whether you're a first-timer or an existing member, gets to purchase the Newcomer's Trial once

  • Multiple purchases/usages of the Newcomer's Trial from the same person will have the credits forfeited and amount paid will not be refunded


Sharing of Class Packs:
  • Shareable class packs: our 30- and 50-class packs are sharable between a maximum of 2 persons

  • Sharing requests must be emailed in within 3 days from purchase of class pack. Requests made after 3 days will strictly not be granted. Email requests to include:
    • names and email addresses of both persons sharing the class pack
    • number of classes to be shared (e.g. Deadpool 20 classes / Wolverine 30 classes)
 
  • Validity period of shared class packs will be distributed proportionately according to credit allocation
    E.g. Deadpool and Wolverine shares the 50-class pack. Deadpool holding 30 classes will have a validity period of 21 weeks while Wolverine holding 20 classes, 15 weeks
 
  • There can only be 1 sharing request per class pack. If the class pack has been shared among 2 persons, there can be no subsequent sharing even if they are among the same 2 persons

Expired Credits - Rollover Option:
  • Expired class credits (excluding Newcomer's Trial and class packs stated otherwise) can be rolled over to a newly purchased class pack within 30 days of expiration

  • Expired credits will be added on to the newly purchased class pack - with no change to the validity of the class pack. I.e. validity period is what you have purchased

  • Therefore, purchase a new class pack within 30 days of expired class credits (e.g. if your credits expire on 1 Jan, purchase a new class pack before 1 Feb to be eligible for the rollover)

  • Rollover process is not automated - rollover requests must be emailed in after purchase of the new class pack


Extension & Suspension Requests:
  • ​​Requests to extend the validity period of class packs, or suspend them, are:
    • reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subjected to approval
    • applicable for travels and medical/health situations only
    • valid for regular-priced class packs only (i.e. discounted class packs/purchases made during a sale are not entitled for any extension request, unless otherwise stated)

  • Situations involving medical/health reasons must be supplemented with medical certificates or a doctor's letter while those involving travel, travel documents (e.g. flight tickets, hotel reservations etc.)

  • Extension and/or suspension requests must be emailed in before or during given situations. No backdated requests will be accepted
    • I.e. requests emailed in after duration stated on medical certificates and/or travel period will not be taken into consideration

  • If granted, extensions and suspensions are according to stated duration on supporting medical or travel documents. E.g. if you were away for 14 days, the validity period of your class pack will be extended by 14 days

  • If a transfer of class pack is necessary and request is granted, a second transfer or request to transfer class pack back to original account holder will not be allowed
 

Class Reservations

Class Reservations:
  • Class reservations open 7 days in advance - right down to the time of class​

  • All classes must be reserved with a valid class pack. No walk-ins are allowed. Show-ups without a class reservation will be denied entry into class
 

​12-hour Cancellation: 
  • Class credits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 12 hours from time of class. Forfeited class credits are strictly not reimbursed. Situations involving health/medical reasons must be supplemented with medical certificates and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis


​Class Cancellation: 
  • Classes that do not meet the minimum number of signups will be cancelled. Class cancellation emails will be sent to notify remaining signups

  • Ensure that your account on Punchpass is subscribed to our emails and that [email protected] is listed as an approved sender to the email address associated to the account you have with us. This allows for prompt communication
