Intensives

Picture
Mushin Movement Intensives are skill-focused training programmes that lead you towards a specific outcome. They are thoughtfully planned with a selection of drills that allows you to work directly on the chosen skill(s).

Intensives run continuously and each has a specific objective. Each is planned with a selection of exercises that leads you towards the objective. Adopting a term-based learning, the outcome remains constant and progressive: to lead you towards the chosen skill(s).

By registering for the Intensives, you are making a commitment. It allows you to be consistent, keeps you accountable, and ensures progress.

What is the difference between Intensives and regular classes?
As compared to Intensives, regular classes have varying objectives every week and include a wide variety of skills on rotation, providing you with a more general scope of work. Regular classes lead you towards outcomes that are within each class itself, with the outcomes and skills changing every class.

What is the class size for Intensives?
Intensives are kept to a maximum capacity of 7 pax. This ensures more watchful attention to be given as compared to a regular class that has a greater number of people.
