The techniques, shapes and poses to be studied and practiced all originate from the traditional performance art form, Mongolian Contortion and hand balancing.
We will be honing in on and extensively applying drills that further the handstand. The goal is to increase overall endurance and the vocabulary of shapes in one’s handstand practice. This will also include better comprehension and ease while working on blocks and canes.
