Wrist-Aid 101 Workshop
Living with wrist pain and injury can be intimidating - it's inconvenient, and stops you from workouts you love. Especially if you’re a fan of handstands, yoga, pole, weightlifting, or any activity which involves bearing weight on your hands.
In this 2 hour session, learn to:
- Assess your wrist and better understand the source of your pain.
- Rebuild your wrist - learn the steps to improve your joints,
- Learn how to safely modify your workouts to accommodate your discomfort.
Presented by Alvin, a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialists (FRCms), learn from his experience in successfully dealing with personal wrist injury, and helping multiple clients improve their wrists.
Come with an open mind and questions to get the most out of this clinic. No two injuries are the same, so discover the steps you need to take to structure a good approach for your wrist.
